About this House

This Philidelphia style, open concept, home is full of possibilities.  The same family has occupied the home for over 80 years.  The first floor unit can be a 1 or 2 bedroom, making the upper unit able to be a 4 or 5 bedroom.  There is a jetted tub in the 2nd floor unit, as well as tons of storage space throughout the whole house.  The bedrooms all have closests, some have built in shelves and drawers.  The house has a 2 car garage, and the driveway  has room for 3 cars side by side.  There is a large basement, with a double washer sink, washer and dryer, as well a new electrical panel that was installed in 2018.  This panel allows one of the bedrooms to go with either unit.  Both units are open concept, with tons of living areas and lots of sunlight. The basement has a room that was used as an office.

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
