About this House

This is a private locked Room with it's own separate entrance off a wide main hall in a spacious high ceiling Victorian traditional student house. There are shared common spaces - living room, dining area, sitting room, kitchen combined on a large separate floor. All utilities included + free Wi-Fi, garbage tags and disposal to the curb weekly. We have free premium cable TV a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher microwave ,washer and dryer. We are only a three minute walk to both the law and Engineering school with the Cornell MA Business school having recently moved across the street! The International restaurants and the center of Collegetown is only two minutes away . The house is a quiet study house. We are a small family business and have been pleased to host prominent students and scholars from all Nations since 1962. We look forward to helping you settle in your home from home.

    "It is a very easy commute to downtown. Slightly more to the colleges. I consider commutes under 15 minutes to be easy though. I know Ithacans complain about traffic at the “octopus”, but that’s only because most of them have never seen traffic."

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."

Many grocery stores and restaurants and retail stores to shop. Unique shops on the main common area in the middle of the city. There is so many outdoor lights activities for all ages in the Finger Lakes area. "
