This one bedroom is a downstairs unit in a multi-family home on Meadowlark Drive, the apartment offers easy access to TCAT buses, and is 1.8 miles from Cornell University and 2 miles from Ithaca Airport. Rent includes water, sewer, Internet, snow plowing, landscaping and mowing. Utilities average $100 per month.

Tenants are responsible for trash tags and snow plowing their narrow walkway. The washer and dryer are shared with the upstairs unit in the basement. The apartment is available now for a minimum one-year lease. An application, background check, and credit check are required. A security deposit (equal to one month's rent) is due at lease signing. Well-behaved cats and small dogs are permitted, subject to our pet policy and insurance requirements, with an additional $35 per month per animal. Partial furniture is available by negotiation.

The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
