The bedrooms are EXTREMELY quiet, as there are no "common" walls in either bedroom that adjoin the other units.

We pay for gas heat and gas hot water. You pay for electric (lights, although the unit has electric oven and electric dryer which will be on your electricity bill).

12-month lease.
Security deposit of $1,625.00 is fully refundable.

Pets ok if the owners are well trained. (Additional $25.00 monthly rent)

No smoking inside the unit.

We are VERY picky, looking for a "good neighbor" for the other three neighbors.
