About this House

Beautiful Townhouse Style 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (nobody above or below you), dishwasher and garbage disposal, cathedral ceilings, skylights, full size washer/dryer INSIDE THE UNIT, Fireplace, Deck, greenbelt and small creek (Little Campbell Creek), very clean & private. The building is designed with the heater room separating the front and back units, so there are very few common walls (with people living on the other side) and those few walls are built with special sound barriers. We pay for gas heat and gas hot water, although the unit has electric oven and electric dryer which are on your light bill (tenant pays electric). One year lease. Security deposit is FULLY refundable (we expect to get the unit back looking as shown here and we WANT to avoid any deductions :). Pets ok IF the owners are well trained. We are VERY picky, looking for a "good neighbor" who will compliment the other three quiet, respectful, friendly tenants. Call 929-2000 to arrange a showing.
