The building is designed with the heater room separating the front and back unit, so there are very few common walls (people living on the other side) and those few walls are built with special sound barriers. No bedroom wall is "shared" with an adjacent unit.

We pay for gas heat and gas hot water. You pay for electric (lights, although the unit has electric oven and electric dryer which will be on your electricity bill).

One year lease. Security deposit of $1,925.00 is fully refundable (We expect to get the unit back looking as shown here and we WANT to avoid deductions:).

Pets ok if the owners are well trained.
No smoking inside the unit.

We are VERY picky, looking for a "good neighbor" for the other three neighbors.
