Located in a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood of newer homes, the property is just 5 minutes from Navarre Beach and the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier and only minutes from grocery stores, local shopping, restaurants, and all the conveniences and amenities Navarre has to offer. It provides the perfect combination of a peaceful residential setting with convenient access to the beach and everyday necessities.

The home is completely furnished and move-in ready, making it ideal for someone looking for a comfortable seasonal or temporary residence without the hassle of setting up utilities or furnishing a home.

* All other standard household utilities/services provided with the home

Electric and water are included up to specified monthly usage caps. Any amount exceeding those caps will be the tenant's responsibility.

The home must remain furnished as provided. Tenant furniture may not be brought into the home or substituted for the existing furnishings.

Rental Requirements:
* Four-month lease: November 1 February 28
* No lease extensions
* Maximum occupancy: 6 people
* Monthly household income must equal at least 3x the monthly rent
* Security deposit: $4,800
* Tenant is required to obtain and maintain a renters insurance policy for the entire lease term
* No pets
* No smoking
* No subletting or short-term rental use
* Home may be occupied only by approved lease occupants
* Home is rented fully furnished; furnishings may not be removed or substantially rearranged
* Tenant must provide reasonable access for scheduled pool and property maintenance

Garage is not available for use and has been converted to a game room.

First, last and security are due at signing. Any electric usage over $220/month will be the renters responsibility. Any water bill over $80.00/month will be the renters responsibility. Renter will be furnished a copy of the overage bill and payment is due within 24 hours via agreed type of payment. No pets. Access to the property for pool mtc will be required weekly. Monthly access into the home for A/C and general mtc will be required. Either the owner or owners representative will do the inspection with a 24 hour notice. No subletting. Tenant is responsible for filling of propane tanks during their stay. Tenant is also responsible for leaving full tanks upon their departure. One set of linens is provided for each bed. Tenant is responsible for acquiring and maintaining renters insurance for their entire tenancy. No events of any kind. Family gatherings are of course welcome but excessive parties and events are not permitted. Owners are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that happen during the tenancy. Tenant is fully responsible for their guests and themselves. There is a ring front door camera and ring pool camera the pool camera is only directed at the pool and not into any private areas of the home. They must remain active during their entire stay.
