Building is occupied by local professionals and grad students and has a quiet atmosphere. Washer & dryer in unit. Wall to wall carpet in the bedroom, ceramic tile in bathroom and wood floors throughout.

This apartment is unfurnished. Cats and small dogs are welcome. There is no parking at the building but it is a short walk to the three city garages and both of the downtown transit hubs.

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
