The indoor lighting system is upgraded with chandeliers for a bright living environment. The home has a small self-irrigated irrigated lawn for low maintenance, a detached two cars garage, and a relative large landscaped private backyard.

The home is within walking distance of East Bridge Town Center with the new King Soopers, Stanley Marketplace, and Bluff Lake Nature Center. The home is near Moorhead Memorial Park, Spencer Garrett Park, Sand Creek Park, Stapleton Rec Center (indoor pool), and Stapleton pools (F15 and Puddle Jumper). Nearby schools include DSST-Stapleton, Fletcher Intermediate Science & Technology School, Fletcher Primary School and Options School.

It has close-by easy access to I-70 and I-270. Opportunities also exist for recreational strolls on nearby pet-friendly hiking and biking trails. It is less than three miles from the light rail Central Park station that quickly takes passengers down town or to the Denver International Airport. It is about 15 minutes biking from the biggest medical centers in Colorado including the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, The Childrens Hospital, and the new Veteran Affairs Hospital.
