A male applicant is preferred, particularly someone who is mature, responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and able to maintain a positive household environment.

Applicants should:

Be responsible and dependable
Have a stable source of income or an approved housing voucher
Be respectful of the property and other occupants
Keep personal and shared areas clean
Be comfortable following reasonable household rules
Be willing to complete the required screening process
Be prepared to commit to a 6-month lease

    "If you can commute between 3AM to 7AM it isn’t bad. Any other time it’s a disaster. The belt turns into a disaster which turns rockaway into a disaster then effects all the other streets. If you don’t drive good, bus and train take longer and more more risky but still better than driving."
