"People do frequently walk their dogs around here day and early nighttime ..so I think dog owners will like that. I dont notice too many things around here a dog owner would not like, unless its another dog with a stupid owner "

"I have lived here for 12 years, this used to be a well kept safe neighborhood, unfortunately new people moving in have no pride of ownership and the area is looking dirty and run down. Crime has also become prevalent here with all the homeless shelters around the area. It's a shame I cant leave, financially in 12 years my property has not appreciated enough to sell and move elswhere"
