"Not the easiest being in a a two fare zone however manageable. 1 hour into the city minimum. The express buses are helpful. "

"This has the highest murder and crime rate in the five boroughs. Combine that with high unemployment and consistently failing schools and you’d be wise to drive away from this zip code immediately. "

"It’s a generally safe neighborhood, with Forest Park and the Jackie Robinson parkway within easy access. It also separates the area from the less desirable area south of the park. "

"I’ve lived in Glendale for 13 years and what I love about it is that it’s a nice, quiet, relatively safe area, but walk over a few blocks and you have stores and offices for everything you could want. Supermarkets, bodegas, pharmacies, pets store, veterinarian, eye doctor, dentists, etc. You get the nice quiet life but can walk a few minutes for necessities. "

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a terrible school and they have terrible leadership. Your child will not be looked after with any sort of care. They will smile in your face and mistreat your child the moment you walk away from the school doors. Ask around plenty of parents put their child in only to regret it and pull them out. I will no be returning once this year is done. Keep looking!!Parent Review6mo ago9 Reviews - Sacred Heart School

This school is a close-knit school that made me feel safe and at home. The teachers were excellent and I made a lot of long lasting friendships.
