"We have annual block parties during the summer for the kids. We take all the kids to the neighborhood stores and they get candy from the corner store"

"Itā€™s very family friendly. There are lots of nice and kind people in this neighborhood. There are parks(ex: Marine Park and the PS 207 park). The kids are nice and so are the schools. It feels like your not in New York City even though you are. So itā€™s great for people with families or those who want to start a family."
