"I live in this neighborhood for 7 years! Very quiet and near freeways. Neighbors are respectful and look out for one another in the community. Parking can be difficult due to so many people living in one home! Permits would be great for the area. Overall it’s a good community."

"Yes, its great for both commuting and SF. It also feels like its growing. Starbucks, bodegas and hipsters are soon to follow.. super new construction separated by the highway. Only high end executive housing and hiking trails!"
