    "This is a beautiful neighborhood of townhomes. 2 minute walk from elementary school, 5 min walk to high school and 15 minute walk to downtown; very accessible. Approximately 3 minute drive to front gate at Fort Wainwright too! Variety of large and small homes here. Friendly neighbors and a great HOA that keeps the units well maintained. All homes have been upgraded in 2010 with new triple-pane windows, doors, boilers and water heaters. Most units are 5-star energy rated. These houses are great for singles, couples, and small families. "
