    "Local traffic is not bad. The commute to downtown is about 45 minutes. If you leave at certain times there is more traffic. You have to be careful for those not following traffic rules."

Close to shopping mall and expressways. Miami Dade Water & Sewer plant along with Florida Power & Light companies are imbedded within the community which security surveillance is very well provided for. It’s a great neighborhood and we have resided her for over twenty years."
