Please note: this property is available for rentals of 31 days or more, and while it does not include air conditioning, it does have heating.

This peaceful retreat within a secure community is conveniently situated just half a mile from the I-5. Immerse yourself in the rich boho aesthetic, accentuated by brand-new West Elm furniture and state-of-the-art appliances. The main room, equipped with a six-seater dining table, fireplace, and plush sectional sofa, is designed for sociable living. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a generously sized closet. The second bedroom comes with a comfortable queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The kitchen, with its ample storage, dishwasher, water filter pitcher, and ice & espresso/coffee machine, allows you to access the property via the garage or the front door using a keyless/code system.

Recent upgrades include:

Newly installed hardwood floors, updated bathroom floors, a stand-in shower in the master bath, new shower fixtures in both bathrooms, new toilets, a fresh coat of paint, epoxy flooring in the garage, a new dishwasher, a new washer dryer, and new ceiling fans.

Parking and outdoor features:

The unit includes one designated parking spot conveniently located near the unit, with additional guest spots available within the complex and near Saxony. Enjoy outdoor relaxation on the balcony, accessible from the master bedroom or living room, equipped with a table, chairs, and grill. The condo features a resort-style pool with a hot tub, bathrooms, a grill, tables, and an outdoor shower. The complex also offers a newly renovated dog park and is just steps away from the YMCA, which boasts soccer/baseball fields, a playground, two pools, a skate park, and a gym.

Please note the following:

No loud parties or events are permitted.

Overnight guests not included on the booking are not allowed.

Beach and pool equipment is available for guest use.

Utility bills remain under the owner's name; guests staying for multiple months will pay a flat monthly rate.

Pricing subject to change/seasonal.

Guests are required to sign a lease to comply with HOA community rules.

We offer flexible lease terms to accommodate insurance claims and families in need of temporary displacement.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

    "Great area and great schools. Some great parks and close to the beach. Great for being outside but the hills and lack of sidewalks in areas makes it less walkable than other areas. Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
