Newly installed hardwood floors, updated bathroom floors, a stand-in shower in the master bath, new shower fixtures in both bathrooms, new toilets, a fresh coat of paint, epoxy flooring in the garage, a new dishwasher, a new washer dryer, and new ceiling fans.

The unit includes one designated parking spot conveniently located near the unit, with additional guest spots available within the complex and near Saxony. The condo features a resort-style pool with a hot tub, bathrooms, a grill, tables, and an outdoor shower. Overnight guests not included on the booking are not allowed.

Beach and pool equipment is available for guest use.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
