Completely rehabbed home with new roof, new kitchen (including new appliances!), new bathroom and floors throughout the home. Private driveway on a quite road off of Milton hill. Washer and dryer hookups provided just off of the kitchen. There's a nice deck in the back yard - perfect for gilling or relaxing. Will be freshly seeded for new grass in the backyard after taking down 6 very large trees. Pictures show the entire house. There is a 3D tour as well.

We will schedule showings after reviewing the application. 12 month min lease required... will consider longer term for well qualified renters.

Renter is responsible for all utilities: Gas, Electric, Water & Sewer, Trash and any cable / internet.

    "This is a beautiful neighborhood with a lot of diversity. It has character and old fashion appeal. Large homes, duplex and apartments with its originality. The community has survived the worst although the love and spirit of the city is here. Perfectly located in the middle of everything, the smell of Fast Eddies Chicken or fried rice from the Hong Kong house decorates the air. I love it here, it’s safe with the beautiful mixture of people from all walks of life. Like with any city this area has its flaws, yet the flaws is what makes the beauty of it all!"
