This 3 bedroom 2 bath with a bonus room is super clean and kept that way by fussy owners. Newer washer, dryer and dishwasher. Nice size bedrooms with a full bath and a bonus room on the first floor. You receive a beach permit for Giant Neck Heights Beach which is in walking distance! This is not a seasonal rental. It is a year round rental with oil baseboard heat. Relaxing front porch. Summer is in full swing and you will be here for the next one. You will enjoy fall walks on the beach as well which is connected to Rocky Neck Beach! There is a fireplace but not for use due to insurance regulations. New residents are responsible for all utilities, lawn maintenance and snow removal. Excellent credit as well as income at or above 2 1/2 times rent required. $30 per adult application fee. This is a no pets and non smoking unit. Absolutely no subletting.

    "People here are mostly gentle and kind. My cat went missing once and the community exploded with kind words and support. Always plenty to do between Rocky Neck, the boardwalk, and all the cozy shops and parks. Beautiful scenery at all times of year. We moved here during the winter and the cute little street lights on Main street were done up like we had stepped on the set of a Hallmark movie."

    "Cute little beach area. Private beaches are not huge but do the trick. The beaches are on the river not the sound. Not all pet owners are courteous with cleaning up after their pets. Making changes such as fencing or a carport are next to impossible due to zoning regulations and neighbors making a big stink. Who wants to live with that?"
