AT THE FIRST FLOOR:
You will find a spacious shared living/dining area with the open stairs to the second floor. Also, you will find the shared kitchen with a nook table and a shared pantry with separate shelfs for everyone separate from the owner. Also the use of the oven and microwave. Easy to clean ceramic tile flooring throughout the first floor. With the exception of the living room that has laminated flooring.
The house has an indoor a share laundry room for all to use and across it is a shared half bathroom that tenants are be able to use.
There is a shared refrigerator for the tenants separated from the main refrigerator that is for me (the owner) and a tenant that rented his bedroom for 15 plus years.
AT THE SECOND FLOOR:
Is where you will find the Bedrooms for rent and the shared complete bathroom.
All the three bedrooms are available NOW. They are freshly painted and cleaned. All bedroom has widows with blinds and spacious closets.
The floor is laminate for easy cleaning.
The upstairs bathroom has been remodeled with brand new shower/paint.
There is carpet at the stairs and hallway leading to the bedrooms.
If you need to be furnished, let's talk.

NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS PERMITTED

The term of the lease is at a minimum of 12 MONTHS. Extension of lease available upon request.

I offer a respectful, safe and quiet environment. NO DRAMA

Since I already have 4 outside dogs, no extra dogs are welcome.

No smoking or vaping inside the house. Outside patio is available with table and sitting.

Plenty of street parking on front of the house.

Cleaning and maintenance of all areas that is shared is the responsibility of everyone. Example- kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, hallways, vacuum stairs... etc. Important: Each one is responsible of cleaning your own miscellaneous kitchen usage and putting away the pots, pans, dishes...
