This Master Bedroom is ideal for anyone who works on either the Port Hueneme Naval Base, Point Mugu Base, or nearby hospitals. We are about 8mins away from the Port Hueneme base, 11mins from St. John's hospital, as our home is at the cross roads of Ventura Rd. & Wooley Rd.
The house is 2,785 sq. ft., with ample room and privacy. The Private Master is downstairs and all to yourself, ideal for a person that works throughout the day and is mainly home during the evenings looking for a 6-month lease turned into a month-to-month rent subsequently.
The housemates are hard-working people working from home and need silence at night. The space is calm, respectful, and everyone respects each other/their privacy. That is the environment we like to maintain.
No kitchen access.
No Smoking allowed In or On the Property.
Utilities are included (water, trash, electricity, gas, internet).
Security Deposit: $1345. Cleaning & background check fee are separate. *Will collect 1/2 deposit at move in & remaining balance for next month's rent IF needed.
