"Commute is fine- I go to Simi valley for work. About 20 minutes each way. Traffic on the 118 is not so bad "

"We have lived here for four years. Great location. Cool ocean breezes. Love riding our bikes down roads flanked by lemon and avocado trees. The community is popping with a brew pub, wood fired pizza and wine shop at The Alley MP. Very small town feel but close to urban areas. You can even hop on the Metrolink to get to Downtown LA or the SurfLiner to cruise up to Santa Barbara. "

"There are lots it's of parks in town, so much so that people joke that the town is really named More Park. Incredibly safe, lots of activities for children and families. Surrounded by farms and wilderness but close to major shopping and cultural events. "
