Looking for a cozy, spacious fully furnished and budget-friendly apartment in Boston? Check out this top floor unit near South Bay shopping center!

The location is ideal for commuters and shoppers, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions, and a prime location near shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

You can walk to the Newmarket station (MBTA) in 7 minutes or hop on interstate 93 in 5 minutes by car. The South Bay shopping center is just an 11-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away. And you can reach downtown Boston in 10 minutes by car.

You'll share the apartment with two other working young female professionals who live on separate levels. They are both clean, respectful, and friendly.

The top level is completely equipped (furnished) with ample closet space and a complete private bathroom.

You will have access to the shared kitchen, half bathroom (1st flr), living room, washer and dryer, and one off-street parking spot. There's also plenty of street parking for visitors.

The room is available to move in now. If you are interested, please contact me with some information about yourself and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Tenants share the cost of gas, heat, and internet, which typically amounts to less than $100 per month each.

First month's rent, security deposit, and last month's rent upfront, and complete a tenant screening before signing the lease agreement.

One off-street parking spot. There's also plenty of street parking for visitors.

Preference is given to long-term arrangements, but short-term options will also be considered.
