Lovely 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome available off of Spa Road in the Gentry Court neighborhood of Annapolis with free off-street parking. Conveniently located 1-2 miles from the Uptown and Downtown areas of Annapolis and within walking distance to Truxton Park. There is a neighborhood pool that is open during the summer months for responsible residents and their guests. There is a back patio with a small fenced-in area and large unfinished basement with laundry and space for storage. One month's deposit and the first month's rent are due upon lease signing. We are looking for a one year lease term or longer. Rent includes HOA fees; tenants will pay all utilities (garbage removal is included in HOA fees). Electric stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer in an unfinished basement, new wood grain vinyl throughout with hardwood flooring in kitchen and tile bathrooms. HOA maintains the outdoor space and grounds.

Note: Please do NOT contact us if you are an agency searching on behalf of clients looking to sublease our home. We are in an HOA community and do not allow AirBNB or other short terms rentals.
