There is a neighborhood pool that is open during the summer months for responsible residents and their guests. There is a back patio with a small fenced-in area and large unfinished basement with laundry and space for storage. One month's deposit and the first month's rent are due upon lease signing. We are looking for a one year lease term or longer. Rent includes HOA fees; tenants will pay all utilities (garbage removal is included in HOA fees). Electric stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer in an unfinished basement, new wood grain vinyl throughout with hardwood flooring in kitchen and tile bathrooms. HOA maintains the outdoor space and grounds.
