"Neighbors are so friendly! It’s also extremely dog-friendly. We enjoy getting to walk to Latrobe Park, Fort Mchenry and several tasty local restaurants. We only have one car since everything we need is walking and biking distance. Locust Point is a unique community. "

"everyone and there cousins have dogs here. safe to walk your dog at any hour, dog park across the street and mostly everyone picks up after their pets besides a few people who don't but all in all 10/10 dog friendly."

"Our neighborhood celebrates with unbelievable Halloween trick or treating, block parties, stoop sitting with neighbors, the Annual Locust Point Festival, events at Fort McHenry, recreational sports teams, Fourth of July roof parties, watching fireworks on New Year’s Eve, neighborhood parties at Tide Point, just to name a few events."

"When we first moved here we loved it. Most people speak and wave. New housing and some of the folks aren’t as friendly and parking is becoming an issue. "

"Great access to I95 and lots to do. Safe and close to the newest city dog park, tennis courts, basketball courts and playground. New restaruants poping up and of course the new Harris Teeter."
