"We live here. We are in walking distance to Old South Pearl street, Safeway, Starbucks, Ben & Jerry's, but still a block and half from Harvard Gulch park with golf course and rec center, soccer field. Also light rail 10 blocks on Santa Fe and at DU. Close to DU sporting events but far enough from there that we don't have the student rentals in our neighborhood. We also have the Rosedale Harvard Gulch Neighborhood Association and our kids can walk to the Elementary School. Firehouse nearby as well. But close proximity to I-25 for commuting, new exti/entrances at Emerson and at Downing. "

"I watched this house all the way through construction and the owners did an EXCELLENT job at re-modeling this beautiful home. Just blocks from beautiful parks, golf course, pool, gardens, food, entertainment, hospitals, etc. Great area. Great home. "
