  • Trulia User
"Wonderful neighborhood. Always things going on at the park including live concerts all summer long, a bmx track, snowboarding obstacle courses during winter, community garden, and they’re adding more to the park in the next year or so. It’s a great spot for family. "
  • Ceairag
"Neighborhood is okay to live in. lots of kids but there lots of not so good activity out on the main road. "
  • Caroline
"There have been many upgrades done to this neighborhood in the last few years, and there are a lot of parks and open spaces for an urban locale. There's a new ampitheatre in Ruby Hill. The Platte River had had landscaping done, and is really looking sharp."
  • Jespericuetajr
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and it was ok at first but then things started getting hectic. I've been hearing gunshots go off lately definitely not a safe place for your kids anymore."
  • Gregpdhaem
"Beautiful area with parks on every street!! Very safe area with friendly neighbors! Has been improving every year for the past decade."
  • ma1951
"This neighborhood cannot be held back at this point with the intense city park investments (nothing less than ski facilities,) golf amenities near-by, commercial and banking developments, and the on-going removal of the ridiculous, old Gates plant pile-of-junk. "
