    "Dog owners love the fact that this is a dog friendly neighborhood. There are many parks in this area and dogs are more than welcome in all of them. At any given time, at any park and/or walking on the sidewalk, you can see people walking their dog(s). It's beautiful."

Friendly people, easy walks to nearby parks & recreation, not to mention shopping and secret gems for dining & entertainment!
