    "Dog owners love the fact that this is a dog friendly neighborhood. There are many parks in this area and dogs are more than welcome in all of them. At any given time, at any park and/or walking on the sidewalk, you can see people walking their dog(s). It's beautiful."

    "Commuting to and from this area is a simple shot down Broadway either North or South by car or via RTD bus zero 0... Also the Englewood lightrail station makes commuting fast and easy too!!"

Friendly people, easy walks to nearby parks & recreation, not to mention shopping and secret gems for dining & entertainment! Best part was sitting on the porch at dusk and enjoying watching the kids play in the yard."
