This lovely duplex, built in 2004, welcomes you to live just blocks from Blue's Egg Tosa. With this convenient location several shopping, dining, and entertainment choices are also nearby. Less than five minute drive to Pick 'n Save, Starbucks, CVS, just to name a few.

The lower is a three bedroom, THREE bath, updated unit, with a PRIVATE basement (has egress door/concrete stairwell). The living spaces feature carpeted flooring in the bedrooms and laminate wood floors in the rest of the unit. The main unit features ceiling fans. The basement features TWO rec rooms, one of which has an egress door. This room is currently outfitted for the renting couple's college student with rugs laid over the concrete floor, and features a full bathroom. The second rec room is wonderful for storage, and there is a separate laundry area.

This unit comes with all appliances, including a dishwasher and an in-unit, private washer/dryer.
Open the sliding door (off the kitchen OR the master bedroom), and enjoy your morning beverage of choice off the private balcony.

One slab parking spot in the alley available.
Street parking is ample, and a parking pass is $40 (to the city) for the calendar year. Lower is responsible for all heavy snow removal - duplex tenants will share responsibility for shoveling (front walk, walk to slabs, and slab parking). Also raking in the fall.

My insurance has a restricted list for dogs.
The basement features a 4th bedroom, as the 22*24 first recreation room has an egress door. The second basement rec room is more suitable for storage.

12 month lease (semi-flexible) available starting April 1, 2023.

Landlord pays for sewage/water.
Tenants responsible for gas/electric/internet.
Tenants to share snow removal and raking. Both Units responsible for heavy snow removal for whole property.

All adults over 18 must be listed on the application.
If you do not apply via this site or are from out of state, up to a $50 fee may apply for your application ($25 credit check / $25 out of state background check).

Security deposit = one month's rent ($1800)
NO restricted breed dogs. Extra half-month ($900) security deposit PER animal, and extra monthly rent of ($25 a month for each pet). Property is not fenced, and therefore dogs must be walked on leash.

Check in sheet will be provide and must be completed and given to the landlord within the 1st week of moving in. Check out sheet will be completed by landlord upon move-out.
