I have to rate RMSA as an outstanding school. We strive to help your child inside and out. Furthermore, we offer many services that traditional schools do not, such asArts, amnesty, 21st century technology, PBIS, mentoring, Boys to Gentlemen, block scheduling, etc.

My child has autism and couldn't speak or have a verbal response with. They taught her how to talk and proper talk at that. She can read and write and write with her left hand she is left handed. She can hold a conversation with me and express herself emotionally and physically. She can walk with better awareness. She can remember so many things and can be taught anything. She didn't even want to go back to school from a previous school incident. Now she has been going to Brown street academy for 5 years now and is still advancing. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI used to go to this school when i was 9/12 i am now 14, It's horrible i never got the proper education i needed and deserved i didn't know how to count money, proper spelling, cursive. The teachers are bad the only teacher i remember being good LEFT because the students were so rude and mean to her. The students got into fights 24/7 and were disrespectful asf. The bullying was insane also my brother is autistic and he always got bullied because he obv stood out.. they did nothing, I got bullied.. they did nothing even when i would tell them.
