"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 13 years. Everyone on our block looks out for each other. We feel safe letting our kids ride their bikes in the neighborhood. Great place to live. "

"THIS IS A NICE AREA WITH ALOT OF FAMILIES AND COUPLES - DIVERSE AND WELL MAINTAINED NEAR SHOPPING , SCHOOLS A LOVELY NEW PARK ROXHILL A BLOCK AWAY. ALL THE HOMES HERE ARE WELL MAINTAINED, EVEN THE FEW RENTALS "

"It's a good neighborhood, very walkable for all your shopping, lots of parks. Good freeway access to Seattle, Eastside or Tacoma. You would never know you were so close to the city."
