"It's hard to believe you're in the Seattle city limits here. Mornings are very quiet, with only the woodpecker pecking wood and the occasional ferry horn breaking the calm silence. Neighbors are friendly and helpful, and come in all stripes; professionals, young families, retirees, and people who know you get more bang for your home dollar in Arbor Heights compared to the more densely populated neighborhoods to the north. Why go to the dog park when you can have your own?"
