"Magnolia is safe, clean, and quiet. I think it’s the best place in all of Seattle to live. It’s close to everything you need without being in the center of it all. "

"No homelessness in majority of hood, everything is expensive and remote island so takes 10m to get back to town. Lovely place to retire."

"Dog-loving community, slight barking spells between dogs, mostly on-leash with the occasional wandering dog onto property. Owners are respectful of neighbors, however."

"I estimate roughly 1/4 of homes have dogs and during your drive around the neighborhood you’ll see at least 1 person walking their dog from early morning till late afternoon "

"dog owners would love this neighborhood! there are sidewalks on all the streets that you would use as well as many parks nearby. That means you can throw the ball and let your dog run and run until he is worn out."
