    "Easy access to grocery store. Close to main Highways. People keep to themselves in this area. Parking in the street sometimes is challenging since there are not enough parking and too many cars. Police comes around not quite often. Some kids in the area but it’s mostly adults living in this area. And I can’t think of anything else. Too many rooms for rent in the area that could attract not too good people. "

    "High traffic areas need to keep young kids away. Street parking can be difficult to get specially on weekends. People don’t pickup after their dogs. Not sure about local schools since my kids are all grown up. But I hear schools are ok in this area"

    "It is a very quiet neighborhood, except for July 4th. At Christmas time a horse drawn carriage can be found giving rides down the streets from pathways church. While we are near the city, we feel safe. We really enjoy West York."
