The people are very friendly. The neighborhood has a voluntary association, which holds community events. The Holiday season boasts some great lighting and decor displays. "

    "I think every one of my neighbors and myself have dogs. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. I have witnessed that everyone picks up after their dogs and keeps the neighborhood clean. I don’t think there is anything unlikable about living here. "
