    "Springdale is the idyllic neighborhood to raise a family in York. Bike rides to the rail trail and Central Market, skatepark, roller rink, and baseball stadium very close with great restaurants surrounding the neighborhood. "

    "Very light traffic. Kids play in front yards. Close to York College and Penn State York, but without 'college life' imposing into your neighborhood. Community involvement with regular meetings, Christmas party, etc. Most properties on the block are kept nice and over all the neighborhood is quiet."
