I would not recommend this school even if this is the last school on earth. The people at the school are incompetent. The principal and the assisted principal don't care about the students, especially if their black students.I have a kid that currently goes there.Who constantly get bullied?Who constantly get called racial slurs?And when he reports, it, nothing gets done. The only time something is done is when my kid stands up for him or herself.And then they notify me about what my has done my child is currently suspended because a kid hit him.He told the teacher today the teacher actually decided to do something.The boy hit him again.My kid stood up against the bully but they suspended my kid they also banned me off the premises.Because I go talk to the kids.Parents about the bullying since the school does nothing i don't go off on appearance. I let the parents know what's going on. And ask the parents to tell their kids to keep their hands off my kids. So this school is a joke. They really need to fire the whole staff and start over and then since they banned me from allmore public schools, they made to where I can't enroll my kid in a different school.So if you have african american children do not, I repeat, do not your children into this school. I recently found out I am not the only one they're doing this to. There's other African American parents that I have talked to who went through the same thing, or who's going to do the same thing.So me personally, I am taking legal action.But find a different school.Please find a different school

I am a mom of three kids who go here since kindergarten, we have a great prinicipal and special education department and PTA together this year, WE LOVE ALL KELLEY STAFF. Front desk Traci and Kay are amazing women.

HORRIBLE SCHOOL. Every teacher they have working in the pick up is BEYOND rude. The principal doesn’t address any concerns. The bell rings at 8:15 if you’ve been sitting in line for 20 minutes but pull up to the front one minute after due to them not having drop off figured out they’ll still count them tardy and tell you to get there earlier even if the cause of them being late is due to there line and at least 15 other kids being late as well. I can’t express how much I HATE this school. Had a teacher BANG on my window hard enough to almost break it because I wasn’t going to drop my daughter off at the end corner due to her safety as she’s five and last year they lost her 3 times! If you want a dysfunctional negative environment than this school is a perfect fit for you !

This school was simply a different and much better place under the previous principal. Since the new principal started a few years ago, ethnic celebrations ceased, communication went downhill and is often stern or negative, and the teaching staff are clearly lowering their standards due to the poor leadership they are forced to work under. Children with disabilities or health conditions should NOT attend this school. There is no school nurse, and the school staff have shown themselves unresponsive and either overmatched or uncaring - again, this is likely due to the example being set by poor leadership. We have had 2 children attend Fisher, our first had a wonderful experience (under the previous principal) and our second child will likely transfer after this year due to poor administration, i.e.: lack of care for our child, excuses, blaming, bullying, acts of racism, and overall sub-par professionalism. This used to be a great school. Such a shame. New principal is in order.
