    "Beautiful place but crime rates have risen since I was here last . I was brought up here and came back from SoCal and the neighbors across the street were on vacation and they were broken into and their sons car that he had just purchased was stolen. I’m trying to talk my Mother and StepFather to get a video doorbell. Or move to a Gated Community. "

    "My neighborhood has a lot of new sidewalks which makes it easier to get around. We have a couple dollar stores and two small grocery stores within walking distance. Even a few restaurants. Not very close to a large grocery store or downtown or anything big. "
