"Nothing at all makes it unique, I feel that my neighbor hood needs the upmost improvement and hopefully in the future with me not living here of course that it gets better"

"not much. the neighborhood is getting worse and worse as time goes by. I don't feel safe.. it's loud, obnoxious.. and just recently has been a spike in homeless folks walking the streets."

"The neighbors are friendly and usually keep to themselves. There is no HOA and the weekends can get a little loud but it makes it feel neighborly "

"Nothing. It’s not an ideal location in my opinion. It’s becoming less safe. Saw a drug deal go down close to my apartment entrance gate. "

"This neighborhood sucks. Try your best to avoid this area. People have walked into my apartment, broken into my car, and stolen things from my significant others car. All of that happened in a supposed "gated community". Sirens go off in the middle of the night every single night. There are homeless people and panhandlers in every parking lot, some of the kids in the neighborhood panhandle as well. Sad."

"My car was broken into three times in one year. So, I guess that's unique, and maybe even a record. I would recommend staying out of this neighborhood, or investing in security. I would also suggest living in a different area if you have a family. "

"They neighborhood is pretty central which makes it easy to get around town. It’s also a high crime area and most of the people in the area do not take pride in the neighborhood."

"Great because Vegas is still a town despite its growth. With the welfare system paying for rent there are all kind of people in all neighborhoods. "

"My neighborhood is terrible there’s a group children who terrorize everyone and everything around the community. We can’t shopping without being harassed at our cars and when we walk through the door of the stores. The noise volume is extremely bad I wouldn’t advise anyone to move this way the school are horrible as well. Your property isn’t safe as well since the gangs are breaking into cars. "

"I've been here for 10 years. My neighbors have been here since the community was built. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Everyone waves and says hello. The homes on this side are far from the main road, which makes it safe for kids to play. What a great community!"

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school needs to start emphasizing on not bullying other kids. It’s the same kids everyday that act like bullies in class or on the playground. Something needs to be done because it feels like they are lazy about bullying. Next will be a call to the school for their lack of taking bullying seriously! All you are doing is enabling it by not doing anything! I only clicked “yes” on recommending this school because my daughter loves her teachers. However, why do the same kids get away with bullying? It’s only going to get worse when they get into middle school. Safety patrol doesn’t seem to be doing anything about it as if the attitude of the school is “kids will be kids”. That’s unacceptable.Parent Review4w ago5 Reviews - J T Mcwilliams Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAbsolutely terrible school. Completely unorganized and have zero desire to even address, let alone fix the ample amount of problems. The administration are some of the worst I have ever dealt with and the majority of the teachers couldn't care less. If you have ANY other options, do NOT send your child to this school.Parent Review3y ago4 Reviews - Doris M Reed Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSo much bullying going on at this school since my children been going here my daughter has the same grades since the beginning of the year.If your child has developmental delay issue and have the same grade for the whole year that means the school not doing their job or it's discrimination against the child.Parent Review4y ago12 Reviews - Berkeley L Bunker Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBunker elementary school is a terrible school. The parents from the committee run the school and they come up with all sorts of ideas that benefit them not the students. I went to this school but it was not as bad as it is right now. They also have a lot of favoritism. The principal and the vice principal get bossed around by the parents of the comitte and staff. Someone should report this school to Clark County and get it shutdown or get new staff who actually cares about the students and stop letting parents come and try to run the school.Parent Review7y ago4 Reviews - Calvary Christian Learning Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHighly recommend this inviting & Christian school. My son loves his teachers and comes home knowing new words & manners. The teachers are detailed when writing about my kiddos day and make learning fun with occasional parties and activities. Their diaper changing policy is on point so I always know he’s been well taken care of. Couldn’t be happier!Other Review8y ago36 Reviews - Tree of Life Christian School
