Read what parents are saying about Calvary Christian Learning AcademyHighly recommend this inviting & Christian school. My son loves his teachers and comes home knowing new words & manners. The teachers are detailed when writing about my kiddos day and make learning fun with occasional parties and activities. Their diaper changing policy is on point so I always know he’s been well taken care of. Couldn’t be happier!
Posted by a community member on 3/5/2018CCLA is a hidden gem in this city. I was floored by how beautiful the campus and facilities are. It's so great to see kids utilizing the gym. My child has a great class size and attentive teachers. I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend this school.
Posted by a parent on 6/21/2017My children have been attending the school for 6 years, the education is advanced curriculum and the children's intelligence is proof. I have continued to keep my children there through a few administrators, like all changes, it's all temporary and has not affected my children. I am fortunate to be apart of such a wonderful school.
Posted by a parent on 3/19/2017I have two children in the Preschool and one in Elementary. CCLA's former Principal and Preschool Director left back in December, and I'll say that we considered leaving after that happened and after the Town Hall meeting w/ the Pastor provided no real information. A friend encouraged us to wait it out, so we did and I'm glad we did! The Pastor stepped in as Principal and while we didn't interact w/ him much, he seemed to be holding up the school as much as possible w/ the Assistant Principal who is also a teacher. The Assistant Director for the preschool did a great job keeping the preschool together and teaching her classroom despite being in a high risk pregnancy and was even attached to a medication pump due to an illness in the pregnancy. They hired a preschool Director a few weeks ago and the changes on the Preschool side are really shining through already. My husband or I drop off our kids in one classroom in the morning (drop off room) and pick up in their actual classrooms at the end of the day and the classrooms are looking incredible. We spoke with the new Director last week and she is going to contribute so much to the school. She has implemented a no cell phone policy which was something we were very pleased with as we often, unfortunately, saw teachers on their cells not paying full attention to the kids. It's starting to look like a real Preschool there where the teachers are taken seriously and the kids are benefiting from the changes. We have registered for next year for all 3 kids and cannot wait to see where this school is headed if it continues in the way that it is!
Posted by a parent on 3/19/2017Up until a few months ago, this school was amazing. Unfortunately, after the Principle, Director, and Receptionist resigned in December they have been on a downward spiral. The staff seems to be unsupported by the new administration and it shows in their attitudes. All though we love the teachers we will be finding a new school fast!

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended Eisenberg the first year it was open and now my daughter attends; we love it! I am a former teacher, so my standards are high and Eisenberg checks every box for me. I actually volunteer as well, so I see the staff and teachers when no parents aren't around and they are phenomenal! Learning is differentiated so nobody is getting bored or left behind. The special education department is also on fire and works with each student at their level. I highly recommend Eisenberg!Parent Review4mo ago - Edythe & Lloyd Katz Elementary School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIts not just the students you need to worry about when it comes to bullying. Some of these teachers are disrespectful and and act like chidden them self. They lie and blame everything on the children. They seam to be un educated when it comes to real life problems. The principal says she will take look into it but nothing ever gets resolved and I'm sure its due to low staff and a "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ATTIDUDE" the one star is for the cleanliness of the school.Parent Review2y ago - Lilly & Wing Fong Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSo much bullying going on at this school since my children been going here my daughter has the same grades since the beginning of the year.If your child has developmental delay issue and have the same grade for the whole year that means the school not doing their job or it's discrimination against the child.Parent Review1y ago
