"I've lived in this neighborhood for 9 years and everyone has been like family on our street. We all look out for each other, especially for the kids and animals out walking/playing. This neighborhood is so quiet, very safe and affordable all while being next to everything you would need."

"It’s a easy neighborhood to walk you dog in since most of them all have in and outs, can’t get lost but down side is a lot of cars use it to get to Charleston but for the most part It’s a quiet place with a lot of other fur babies "

"It’s ok, but if u go towards Rainbow Washington, then u see seedy people at 711. My neighbors are nice it’s a townhouse location, occasionally u might see people in the area u don’t like but that’s just me. If u rent around here it’s like $1,000 a month not bad, I like my place it’s cute."
