"We have lived in this area for the past 5 years. When we purchased the home, neighbors waved and said hello. The neighborhood listserv keeps us connected and in the know as to what is going on in the community - both socially and politically. Holiday parties, block parties make this community a home. A neighborhood of government, non-profit, and education specialists lends a quiet civility to the area. Add to that easy metro access and access to downtown Silver Spring AND Takoma Park and you have a winner!"
