"Been here since Feb 2018 it's an okay neighborhood don't have too many complaints. Everyone keeps grass cut, but watch out the limbs off trees when the storms come if you're under a tree. "
  • Jaszmine T.
"long and horrible, bad traffic, long drives and too much highway access causing lots of congestion. "
  • Shaun J.
"Multiple parks in the area and plenty of sidewalk space to walk your dog. There are a lot of bigger dogs in the area and on occasion you may see one that got away from its home. Always a good idea to keep your dog on its leash. Parking by Lighthouse at Twinlakes is a disaster. Residents have to pay for visitor parking now, which has made street parking complete chaos for home owners in the homes surrounding that community. "
  • Cynthia C.
"Everything in the world. It is very friendly and family oriented. Children love to play and walk their dogs."

"I have leaved in this area for a long time and I really like this community, I’m planning to buy a house around this neighborhood "
  • Ms d.
"I’ve lived here for 8 months. The farmland from the USDA property makes Beltsville stand out. The neighborhood is suburban but still close enough to DC. We get a lot more space in our homes in an affordable price range. We are also close to all types of shopping up and down the main thoroughfare (Home Depot, Costco, Shoppers, Aldi, Ikea, etc). "
