    "Quiet, tree-lined, seconds to two Beltway exits to access everything.. Walk to neighborhood schools, starbucks, ethnic and other restaurants and supermarkets. One mile walk, bus ride, bike or drive to vibrant downtown Silver Spring, also short bus, bike or drive to old Takoma Park. Inside the beltway makes commute to downtown DC easy. Son who attended racially, economically diverse school now teaches there. We intend to retire here, move to condo or rambler, what more could we want? (OK, escape heat in summer, visit CA friends in winter!)"
