"Wouldn’t like that all dog owners do not pick up there dog’s poop… community keeps there dogs locked up behind the fence "

"Walk down the hill to National Harbor and have at it. Plenty to eat and drink and events for the kiddos"
  • Ivan Reyes
"It’s a mouse trap. There’s only 1 road in and out. The planning and layout is poorly planned. The road is always backed up with traffic. We need a public train. "

"Quiet, comfortable, desired, close to low key activities, pet friendly, diverse, great place for running"

"Safe area and surroundings… it’s quiet though there are kids near by and on my street though well mannered and in elementary "

"The area is incredibly safe and mostly quiet. There are no restaurants in the community but there are a fair number in driving distance."

"You have public transport within a mile of my house with a bike friendly community. There great access to all types of public transportation "
  • Carol H.
"I just moved here and I am getting to know my neighbors quickly. It’s already beginning to feel like community."

"I have lived here for 2 years, it's a good area (not the best) but it is definitely safe and affordable. If you have kids you have a little more space here than you would in the city or across the river in Virginia. We looked at over half a dozen areas/houses before we settled here. Not the city and not out of town - a nice compromise!"
