The neighbors are easy going, fun, and helpful. The proximity to downtown Washington DC, historic Old Town Alexandria, Reagan National Airport, major highways (GW Parkway, 495/95 and 395), and more make it an ideal location, especially for young families. Brand new kitchen (countertops, cabinets, appliances, floors; 2008), newly installed wood floors in living room and kitchen (2008), and new HVAC system installed in 2011."
