    "they have community yard sales twice times a year. also they have vfc neighbor watch with street captains. there are also a lot of policemen that live in the neighborhood and now we have access to a clubhouse. which has all new equipment. "

    "We've lived here 8 years and love it! With Trailwood cut through to Alexandria drive, there's easy access to New Circle via Frankfurt Pike - no sitting in Leestown Rd traffic! Lots of green space, large park within walking distance. Kroger close by (less than 3 miles). Airport access - use a cab, it's cheaper than parking from here! Overall, wonderful neighborhood that adheres to neighborhood associate rules so everything looks nice, all the time."
